3 days yet not recieved activation key

it's been 3 days and after contacting 3 times and 1 email... yet the activation key was not sent... it's been more than 3 days yet it seems the support is in slumber.

Activation Request भेजने के लिए:* - का लॉग इन पैनल> माय ऑर्डर > Activate - नया पेनल खुलेगा, वहां आपको एक बटन "एक्टिवेट यूजर" मिलेगा, उस पर क्लिक करें - एक और पैनल खुलेगा, यहां पंजीकरण कोड (Registration Code) भरें जो आपको सॉफ्टवेयर पर प्राप्त हुआ है अनुरोध भेजने के बाद, हमें बताएं। हम जल्द ही इसे सक्रिय करेंगे।


for sending Activation Request: - login panel of > goto myorders > Activate - a panel opens , there you will find a button "Activate User", click on it - another panel opens, fill the registration code here which you received on software after sending the request, let us know. We will activate it soon.
