Now, how to check for war time correction ?
 For example: In case of Rajiv Gandhi, the date of birth is 20th August 1944 and time of birth is 8:16. He was born in Mumbai, in India. Since the date of birth falls in war period(1st September 1942 to 15th October 1945) as mentioned in columns, so there is war time correction to be applied on the given time of birth. Here the correction -1 hr applies. Thus we have to select - 1 as the war time correction above for Rajiv Gandhi.
